Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Intermountain Health. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate information about their care, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and resolving issues related to billing and insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Collect and process patient payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
