About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Communicator to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a key member of our Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs businesses, you will play a vital role in representing our clients on various projects via inbound and outbound telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all client programs, adhering to program scripts and guidelines.
  • Collect and accurately capture information required by individual programs in specific databases.
  • Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills, conveying empathy and facilitating understanding of medical terminology as needed.
  • Organize multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Display flexibility within the department to maximize utilization, performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed.
  • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Ability to participate in frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnection.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse.
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
