- Clinical experience and expertise serving the LGBTQAI community, with a strong commitment to providing inclusive and affirming care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patients and colleagues.
- Dedication to the FOLX mission and Informed Consent model of care, with a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex clinical scenarios and make informed decisions.
- Great organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse groups, including those from different racial, ethnic, economic, and educational backgrounds.
- Active RN license, with a strong preference for licensure in NLC compact states (allowing coverage across 35 states).
