Job Title: Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading corporate and leveraged banking transactions, working closely with clients, and mentoring junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead due diligence and structuring around complex bank financings
  • Interact and negotiate with senior finance professionals at our clients' businesses
  • Oversee research and analysis of clients' financial performance
  • Build and enhance knowledge of trends in your industry group
  • Construct detailed models for capital structures and financial covenants
  • Work closely with Investment Banking and other product groups to develop and capture cross-sell opportunities
  • Prepare and recommend high-quality credit submissions
  • Participate in project working groups and internal committees
  • Compile reports on business trends, risks, losses, and issues
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of relevant credit and industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and establish priorities
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and a team player
