**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide top-notch customer service and support via phone, email, or in-person
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Contribute to the development of effective solutions to improve customer experience
