About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling the benefits of our Diabetes portfolio to healthcare professionals in hospitals and Endocrinology offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the benefits of our Diabetes portfolio to healthcare professionals
  • Generate new business within a defined territory
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers
  • Manage customer relationships and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with manufacturers' representatives to position our services for growth
  • Present a broad-based portfolio of solutions to meet customer needs
  • Build and grow long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related sales experience in medical products, healthcare services, or pharmaceuticals
  • Documented track record of sales success and proven knowledge in the business area
  • Knowledge of regional hospital systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Highly effective organizational skills
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
  • Influential and able to increase account profitability
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
