POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the operations of our order processing division. The Order Fulfillment Coordinator will guarantee precise and prompt order management, deliver outstanding customer support, and ensure adherence to company protocols and procedures. This position demands exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

· Cultivate expertise in essential fulfillment center workflows and exception management to maintain consistent process compliance across all shifts and departments.

· Design and execute operational systems and audits to verify the accuracy of sales order fulfillment.

· Monitor and evaluate sales metrics based on critical quantitative indicators.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Strategically organize the daily workload for the designated area of responsibility across multiple locations.

· Support the area manager's team in producing fulfillment management reports.

· Oversee each line and order on a daily basis. Review and rectify errors as necessary. Familiarity with Order Management and OTM modules (Oracle) is essential.

· Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, procurement, shipping, and various warehouses.

· Analyze customer complaints and defect data to formulate action plans aimed at minimizing future occurrences.

· Establish and uphold efficiency benchmarks throughout all distribution processes.

· Conduct random audits of customer orders to ensure accuracy in both quality and quantity.

· Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and apply continuous improvement methodologies to meet operational and strategic goals while accommodating increased demand and capacity.

· Work closely with department managers to comprehend key projects, initiatives, and system enhancements.

· Engage with individuals at all levels within the organization, including direct customer interactions.

· Adhere to internal company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills Required

· A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, or equivalent experience in logistics and order fulfillment.

· A minimum of four years of experience in heavy equipment and parts sales within the road construction or asphalt sector is required.

· Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous.

· Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

· Proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of Oracle CPQ applications and industry-standard processes.

· Capability to develop and maintain structured queries and databases.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
