Position Overview:
The selected candidate will join a collaborative team dedicated to the systematic collection, organization, and preservation of project-related documents and records. This role is essential in ensuring that all documentation generated during various project phases is accurately indexed and archived.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire training and access to the Records Management System (RMS) to facilitate effective collaboration with departmental stakeholders.
- Engage in the transmission, collection, verification, and archiving of relevant site records and documents.
- Prepare documents for offsite storage, which includes boxing and organizing materials for shipment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated environment, ideally within document control or records management.
- Educational background should include an Associate's degree in a Science or Business-related field.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, sit at a workstation for several hours, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
