Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Records Information Specialist to join our team at Adroit Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing property records, contracts, and other documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze property records, contracts, and other documents to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
  • Perform data entry and reconciliation of critical information
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and variances in records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and data flow
  • Assist with quality assurance and analysis of Excel spreadsheets
  • Provide analytical and special project support to the off-site Project Manager
  • Assist with defining, measuring, and tracking key performance indicators to drive and support the document team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or relevant field of study preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years applicable work experience in an area requiring strong attention to detail, metric reporting, and data analysis
  • Lean/6-sigma experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, intermediate Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel 100% and lead, motivate, and influence team with professionalism and a strong commitment to project/departmental objectives
