- Oversee daily operations of the banquet area to ensure exceptional service, including supply ordering, event space setup, and staffing assessments.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding banquet options that fit their budget, addressing any adjustments or inquiries.
- Convey event orders to on-site staff to clarify their roles and responsibilities.
- Document and evaluate the outcomes of events to identify areas for improvement in future operations.
- Review function sheets and set up each event space according to specific guidelines.
- Ensure all necessary items are available as per instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet facilities.
- Keep in constant communication with clients for any additional requirements.
- Report guest feedback to management.
- Disassemble equipment post-event and return items to storage.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills with both clients and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector or a related culinary position.
- Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and exceptional service delivery.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite.
