Caregiver for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities

ETTA's Adult Day Program is seeking experienced caregivers to provide direct support and care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and live more independent and enriching lives.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our clients. A valid driver license, insured vehicle, and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services
