Developmental Disability Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Coach. In this role, you will work closely with providers of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/Behavioral Health (IDD/BH) services in Regional Center's provider network. Your primary responsibility will be to provide coaching and training to DSP staff, caregivers, and family members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality care to individuals with IDD.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing face-to-face or virtual coaching and training with DSP staff, caregivers, and family members
- Assisting agency staff with development, implementation, and monitoring of Clinical Treatment Plans (or equivalent behavior support plan)
- Presenting graphical summary of effectiveness of Treatment to caregivers, family members, and DSPs at staff or consultation meetings
