About the Position

The Center for Caregiver Advancement seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Central California. This is an exempt position with a salary range of $66,560- $68,000 per year.

As an Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing career coaching, education, and case management services to a diverse caseload of students. You will also screen applicants for basic eligibility, collect and analyze relevant data, and support virtual classrooms.

You will create and lead meetings on CCA programs and services, promote marketing efforts to drive member engagement, and develop relationships with local workforce development boards. Additionally, you will collaborate with directors to identify vendor partners and support contract processes.

This is a hybrid role requiring work in the field, home office, and virtual classroom settings. You will travel within your assigned region for in-person meetings and attend events to drive CCA and Education Fund work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide career coaching, education, and case management services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Screen applicants for basic eligibility and collect relevant data
  • Support virtual classrooms and provide technical assistance to instructors and students
  • Create and lead meetings on CCA programs and services
  • Promote marketing efforts to drive member engagement
  • Develop relationships with local workforce development boards

Requirements
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and coordination skills
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to create rapport with stakeholders
  • Valid California driver's license and use of reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
