Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repair tasks efficiently in accordance with dealership protocols
  • Use diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle performance and identify issues
  • Repair various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, and braking systems
  • Collaborate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about necessary services
  • Provide estimates for additional repair work
  • Conduct warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Service Technician is essential
  • ASE Certification is highly regarded
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle technologies
  • Ability to work well in a team and deliver excellent customer service
  • Basic proficiency in computer systems
  • Positive demeanor and a customer-focused mindset
