In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and maintenance for our clients' Windows-based computing environments. You will work closely with customers in a demanding environment, ensuring their systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues related to Windows operating systems and applications.
  • Maintain and administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the Windows environment.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and drivers to ensure compatibility and functionality.
  • Manage printer services and virtual machine environments (Treidici, WYSE).
  • Document technical solutions and maintain accurate records of system configurations and support activities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in desktop administration.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration and support across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in providing technical support for Windows-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and system administration best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Required Certifications:

  • Must obtain/maintain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP) within 120 days of hire.
