Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components.
  • Install, upgrade, and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
  • Complete system programming and optimization as part of the installation process.
  • Provide on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting.
  • Maintain effective customer communications and relations.
Requirements
  • High School plus advanced training, and 3-4 years of experience.
  • Must have a current DISA IAT level II baseline certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS).
  • Course Completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10.
Security Clearance

Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
