Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive travel solutions, including product sales and services, to customers.
- Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience.
- Engage customers and present products and solutions that meet their needs and drive sales.
- Verify customer identity, scan required documents, take passport photos, and complete other necessary paperwork.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment.
- Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned or needed in the store.
- 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment.
- 1+ years of customer service-related experience.
- Ability to lift and move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.
