Fitness Instructor

Pure Barre is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Fitness Instructor. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes that exceed our clients' expectations.

Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the Pure Barre technique and choreography

Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients of all fitness levels

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout classes

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless class transitions and exceptional client experiences

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest Pure Barre techniques and best practices

Contribute to the growth and success of the studio through active participation in marketing and promotional efforts

Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

Meet or exceed sales and retention targets

Participate in studio events and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Availability to teach a minimum of 2 classes per week and 1 weekend per month

Diligent planning and preparation before each class, including diligent study of choreography and class planning prior to each class, as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis

Assist with keeping the studio tidy

Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high levels of energy for 50-minute class is required

All instructors are required to complete training, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes. Minimum one-year commitment required before attending teacher training.
