At EPIP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Women in Leadership and Inclusive Leadership Education initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Women in Leadership and Inclusive Leadership Education bodies of work, ensuring the highest quality of content creation and execution.
  • Collaborate with our Founder to develop and execute a content strategy for our Stanford GSB course, and manage the execution of this strategy.
  • Manage and mentor a Program Analyst dedicated to the Women in Leadership portfolio of work, ensuring the highest quality of work produced.
  • Conduct and oversee original and existing research to uncover insights and proven tactics related to women's leadership development and intentionally inclusive leadership.
  • Develop and write case studies, learning notes, lecture content, and other learning materials in support of our Stanford GSB course and website.
  • Support our Founder in the creation of undergraduate courses on women in leadership and potential one-off workshops for university students and female faculty members.
  • Stay abreast of new research, findings, trends, challenges, and public conversations about women's leadership and intentionally inclusive leadership.
  • Identify new points of opportunity for EPIP to provide value by proposing new initiatives, processes, and content to include in these portfolios of work.
Requirements:
  • PhD or Master's degree with significant field experience in an area related to women's leadership development and/or intentionally inclusive leadership.
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience, inclusive of doctoral work experience.
  • Leadership experience in mission-driven teams, projects, or other groups.
  • Demonstrated interest in education, women's leadership, intentionally inclusive leadership, and related content development.
  • Experience developing, launching, managing, scaling, and evaluating new programs, initiatives, and/or products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, fresh, and relevant ideas about current events and cultural conversations.
  • Superior work ethic and self-imposed accountability.
  • A self-starter, collaborative attitude with endless curiosity and love of learning.
  • An interpersonal approach characterized by being open to a vast diversity of perspectives and having a servant-leader mentality.
