About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Director to lead our human resources function and align HR initiatives with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, a deep understanding of the technology sector, and the ability to cultivate a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, partnering with executive leadership to drive these initiatives.
Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies, ensuring top talent is attracted and retained. Implement performance management systems that promote employee growth and accountability.
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, employee feedback, and organizational development, prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Design, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws at local, state, and federal levels.
Manage payroll and oversee the development of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market analysis to ensure equitable pay practices and employee satisfaction.
Identify organizational training needs and implement professional development programs that promote continuous learning and career advancement.
Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, driving data-informed decisions. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least three years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology sector. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and drive organizational change while rolling up sleeves and juggling priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
