  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to promote Hostelling Scotland's values and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Basic Disclosure Scotland clearance and right to work in the UK.
  • UK driver's license and own vehicle.
