Job Overview:
As a Marketing Professional, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Events Team to strategize, oversee, and implement sponsored and client-led events, including industry conferences and forums.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets and other project deliverables by developing and managing comprehensive project plans and timelines for marketing campaigns.
  • Executing marketing programs that enhance visibility and drive growth for alliance initiatives.
  • Proactively managing project timelines and maintaining processes to consistently produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Facilitating internal communications within the client alliance and across departments.
  • Coordinating tasks among team members while adhering to project management guidelines.
  • Working closely with the client Alliance Marketer and cross-functional teams to create actionable plans and maintain project schedules.
  • Engaging with client Alliance teams to understand and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Partnering with the internal Marketing Services Team to execute marketing campaigns, including website design, social media, and email marketing.
Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, time management, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe PowerPoint, and effective communication abilities.
