Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
Engage with clients and firm associates to address requests promptly, accurately, and professionally
Build and sustain effective client relationships through consistent communication, including on-site interactions
Adhere to established budgets and timelines
Enhance technical expertise and provide support to clients
Participate in ongoing professional development programs
Act as a trusted advisor for clients and colleagues
Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency, recognize potential challenges and/or opportunities in engagements, and discuss with the engagement leader
Utilize data analysis skills to uncover valuable insights and patterns to support recommendations
Tax-Specific Duties:
Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections in line with firm and professional standards as directed by engagement leaders
Effectively utilize current tax and accounting software applications
Conduct research on tax-related issues and other financial reports
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a comparable combination of education and experience
CPA designation preferred
2-3+ years of relevant experience
Prior experience in agribusiness tax is advantageous
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work efficiently
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in data analysis and solution recommendations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
