Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned accounts, focusing on new add-on business and product expansion across Voice of the Customer Solutions.
- Identify, drive, and sell Verint solutions to targeted accounts, maintaining effective account relationships and establishing cross-functional relationships with internal departments.
- Own and set account strategy and vision, developing plans to execute tactics and strategies necessary to hit quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Lead regularly scheduled calls, assign tasks, and maintain accountability with virtual team members.
- Develop and own the overall sales pipeline, responsible for closing and prospecting into Verint's top accounts.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five (5) years of sales experience, with a proven track record of quota attainment in selling high-value, complex, and long sales cycle enterprise software and/or high-value services.
- Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to penetrate and establish relationships with customer senior-level executives.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the proven ability to qualify prospects from both an operational and financial standpoint.
- Travel approximately 25-75%.
- Working knowledge of value-added ROI business process sales engagements/tools, especially with Public Sector clients.
- Experience with Voice of the Customer solutions.
- Working knowledge of knowledge management, online communities, or conversational AI software.
