Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Experience Director to join our team at Virginia Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the key services that listen to and measure patient feedback about their experience with UVA Health, consulting with leaders and teams on how to improve processes to deliver a better experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the key services that listen to and measure patient feedback about their experience with UVA Health
  • Consult with leaders and teams on how to improve processes to deliver a better experience
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction
  • Provide leadership, oversight, and day-to-day operations of UVA Medical Center's Adult volunteer services
  • Manage the patient relations representatives to coordinate and investigate, review, respond, and facilitate resolution of patient complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 years of experience required
  • May require a valid Virginia Driver's License
