Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in the Columbus, OH area, responsible for two branches in Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all recruiting and hiring functions for our Columbus and Dayton offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage a team of recruiters to achieve high-volume recruitment goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including college, diversity, military, and targeted recruiting tactics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OFCCP and state licensing requirements.
  • Manage client expectations and provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
  • Set goals and expectations for the recruitment team and hold them accountable for results.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a dynamic environment such as service industries, staffing agencies, or the event and entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team of at least 10 recruiters.

  • Natural high sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies and plans to achieve objectives and drive innovation.
  • Knowledge of advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems.
  • Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish hiring goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing priorities.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to integrate multiple applications to streamline operations through technology solutions.
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of state and federal hiring laws, equal opportunity, Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (UGESP), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
