About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Recruiter to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top sales talent across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Complete on-the-job, paid training with experienced recruiters
• Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
• Communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs
• Generate candidate flow through various sourcing methods
• Conduct phone screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with high accuracy

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Comfort working on a metrics-driven team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively with hiring managers
• Willingness and ability to deal with and adapt to change within a dynamic department and company
• Strong multi-tasking ability to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines for different requirements and business areas
• Results-oriented work ethic with a competitive drive
