Corporate Recruiter Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a key member of our Recruiting and Human Resource team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives, focusing on attracting high-caliber candidates for management-level positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including job boards, staffing agencies, and other recruitment vendors.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
