Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Residence Director Assistant to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Residence Director with the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the assigned residence, including direct care, staff supervision, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with supervising staff directly and act as a team leader, leading by example and coaching staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Implement ISP/Support Plans and strategies as written, demonstrating accurate data collection procedures and consistent use of described support strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain individuals ISP program book, ensuring data collection occurs at frequency stated and shift schedules and plans are executed as written/trained.
  • Participate in supervision meetings with the Residence Director and assist with completing financial documentation and performance evaluations.
  • Provide on-call coverage as assigned/trained, coordinating care in response to any specific incidents as needed.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License & Good Driving Record
  • Prior direct care experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification
  • Basic computer literacy/proficiency
  • BA degree or current enrollment
