Customer Service Leader Job Description

As a Customer Service Leader at Hannaford, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that store office functions are completed accurately and on time. You will oversee and provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers through the achievement of Hannaford customer service standards. Additionally, you will assist the Customer Service Manager and the Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual. You will also assist the Front-End department in maximizing sales through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers through the achievement of Hannaford customer service standards.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager and the Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual.
  • Assist the Front-End department in maximizing sales through excellent customer service.
  • Ensure store office functions are completed accurately and on time using accounting packets.
