About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Program Director to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision to our integrated teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals served.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to clinicians and substance abuse counselors
  • Ensure timely and thorough screening and enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and address critical needs and risk issues
  • Provide direct intervention to individuals served, including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and clinical interventions
  • Participate in the facilitation of the Quality Improvement Process and the development and implementation of business plans
Qualifications
  • Masters degree and licensed practitioner of the healing arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I) or license eligible
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in human service management
  • Leadership skills, time-management, and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
