We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Management Specialist to join our team at MAXIMUS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing proactive, solutions-oriented support for our contact center management and workforce management team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various production control activities, including gathering and filing records.
- Determine operational sequences required to produce products.
- Assist in resolving production conflicts while maintaining scheduled requirements.
- Communicate deadlines to internal departments and external suppliers.
- Review job orders, shipping needs, and material requirements before developing operational sequences.
- Prepare and review production reports.
- Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced Planners.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in workforce management software, Aspect/Alvaria preferred.
