Position Overview:
As a Turkey Processing Associate, you will play a vital role in our operations, contributing to the production of high-quality turkey products. This position involves working with recently processed turkeys and supporting the overall workflow within the department.

Compensation:
Base Pay: $18.75

Shift Hours:
3:30 PM - 1:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:
  • Performing various tasks, including manual labor to debone turkey meat.
  • Utilizing tools and equipment as necessary while also performing tasks by hand.
  • Monitoring equipment operation and reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns.
  • Rotating through different functions within the processing department as required.

  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills for following verbal and written instructions.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
  • Physical ability to meet job requirements, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

Working Conditions:
This position involves:
  • Working in a cold and damp environment.
  • Exposure to loud machinery and potential chemical fumes.
  • Handling animal products and maintaining hygiene standards.
