Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of production-focused tasks on a rotated basis to support the daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Product: Use tools and equipment provided to process product in a timely and safe manner.
  • Follow Safety Policies: Adhere to all work safety policies and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate Equipment: Set up, operate, and maintain all equipment in the assigned department.
  • Rotate Functions: Will be required to rotate to various functions within the processing department.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check.
  • Drug Screen: Must pass a drug screen.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day or more, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds or more, and perform other physical requirements of the job.
Working Conditions

May work in a damp and cold environment, seasonal hot and warm environment, and work with loud and noisy machinery.
