Key Responsibilities:


Wipfli is looking for a Manager of Internal Audits to join our team. This position will oversee internal audit functions, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and enhancing operational effectiveness.

The Internal Audit Manager will work closely with various departments to evaluate risk management strategies and internal controls.


Primary Duties:

  • Execute thorough internal audits
  • Assist in managing client engagements, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks
  • Develop audit programs and conduct risk assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes
  • Provide comprehensive audit reports with actionable insights
  • Occasional travel may be required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • CPA or CIA certification is mandatory
  • In-depth knowledge of audit frameworks and compliance regulations
  • Experience in public accounting or consulting is preferred
  • Familiarity with advanced audit tools and methodologies

Estimated Compensation Range:
$80,000 to $140,000. Compensation within this range is determined by various factors, including location, individual skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs, and applicable employment laws.


Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on various factors, including individual and firm performance.
