Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at JCCS, P.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex audit engagements, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise audit teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of engagements
- Develop and implement audit strategies to meet client needs and expectations
- Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services
- CPA license and strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
