Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to help us grow our security services business in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote Treston Security Services and generate leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions to management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the security services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the security services industry and its business landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
