Job Description
Xplor is seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the education and field services industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the education and field services industries
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Xplor's strategic goals
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers in the education and field services industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
