Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at Garrett Wagner Farmers Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing ongoing relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed business production goals.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
