Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Agent Team Member.
Compensation PackageThis role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, along with additional benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and 401K. We also offer a hiring bonus up to $1,000.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized solutions through State Farm's range of insurance products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers on insurance options;
- Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services;
- Fostering excellent communication skills to build trust with customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong interest in marketing and sales;
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills;
- A people-oriented approach to customer service;
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Able to learn computer functions and adapt to new technologies;
- A valid Property & Casualty Licensing qualification.
