Exhibits Business Development Specialist

The Exhibits Business Development Specialist plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with exhibitors and sponsors. This individual will work closely with the Exhibits Director and Strategic Partnership team to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell exhibit space and sponsorship items.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and sponsors through various communication channels
- Collaborate with the Exhibits Director to ensure exhibit contract agreements are completed and executed on time
- Manage exhibit logistics and ensure exhibitor satisfaction with their return on investment
- Conduct market research to identify potential exhibitors for each conference
- Utilize sales techniques to reach the budgeted exhibit hall revenue target for each conference
- At least 3 years of experience in trade show or sales, preferably with a bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with vendors on logistical requirements
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
