About the Role

As a Territory Sales Lead at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C., you will play a critical role in driving sales and meeting retailer and client expectations. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Develop Associates: Lead and develop a team of sales merchandisers, territory sales leads, and seasonal associates to drive sales and meet client expectations.
  • Project Completion and Store Communication: Ensure accurate and high-quality work in all areas of the store, maintaining a detailed knowledge of company policies and communicating successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
  • Customer and Store Personnel Education: Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our clients' brands and product lines, utilizing a detailed understanding of all available functions of handheld devices.
  • Confidentiality and Accuracy: Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality, ensuring accuracy and high-quality work in all areas of the store.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/product up to 35 lbs, and occasional lifting of heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Work Environment: Work performed while sitting, standing, or walking, with fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility.
  • Experience and Skills: Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products, independent and self-motivated, with a high school diploma or equivalency certification required.
  • Travel and Transportation: Valid driver's license required, with automobile liability insurance to be maintained, and computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required for job performance.
  • Customer Service and Sales Experience: Customer service or sales experience required, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
