Job Summary

A-V Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Audio/Visual Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and resourcing a scalable event technology team to support various event activities while delivering exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with support teams across the globe to plan and execute events
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and LOB within the building
  • Drive and implement standard operating procedures to standardize and improve operations
  • Perform weekly audits to ensure event data is accurate in the Event Management System
  • Conduct regular site gap analysis to identify areas for technology refresh or performance improvement
  • Quarterly staff assessments to identify areas for training and development
  • Host monthly team meetings to review upcoming events, changes, and projects
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AV support responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service skills with emphasis on supporting corporate work sector
  • Comprehensive audio video skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
