Administrative Manager Opportunity at Opus 1 Music Studio

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Manager at Opus 1 Music Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring a positive experience for students and parents.
  • Manage complex scheduling for multiple rooms, locations, teachers, and students, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries, converting trial students into long-term members.
  • Support membership retention and growth initiatives, driving business success.
  • Assist customers with lesson cancellations and rescheduling while enforcing school policies.
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of recitals and events, showcasing student talent.
  • Handle other projects and duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing complex schedules, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Quick learner with new software platforms, with a willingness to adapt to changing needs.
  • Availability for onsite work on weekdays (1pm-9pm) and weekends (8:45am-4:45pm), with flexibility to meet business demands.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Familiarity with online scheduling tools and office software, with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a willingness to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Background in music programs or education, with a passion for music and learning.
  • Experience in early childhood education, with a focus on nurturing young minds.
  • Sales experience and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business success.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages such as Chinese, Korean, or French, with a willingness to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Work Schedule:
  • Combination of weekday and weekend shifts, with flexibility to meet business demands.
Work Location:
  • Multiple locations, with onsite work required to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
