Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Program Manager to oversee our operations supporting government contracts. This role involves leading a dedicated team in delivering a variety of support services, including facility management, logistics, and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for program-related matters, ensuring accountability for performance and financial outcomes.
  • Manage all aspects of contract execution, which includes:
    • Workforce and Security Management
    • Logistical Support Services
    • Environmental and Safety Compliance
    • Engineering and Operational Support
    • Project Management
    • Facility Operations and Maintenance
    • Grounds and Custodial Services
  • Supervise site operations and schedules, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to foster mutual business benefits.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review operations, performance metrics, and budget considerations.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans when necessary to meet contract requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients and upper management.
  • Maintain discipline and order among staff, addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Oversee staffing and performance evaluations, ensuring optimal team composition.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Certification in Program or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CFM).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Facility Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing complex facility operations, including at least 5 years in a similar contract management role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, planning, procurement, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing diverse teams and working under pressure.
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Professional licensure relevant to the field is a plus.
