Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Program Manager to oversee our operations supporting government contracts. This role involves leading a dedicated team in delivering a variety of essential support services, including facility management, maintenance, logistics, and project oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for program-related matters, ensuring availability and accountability for all operational aspects.
- Manage contract performance across various service areas, including:
- Workforce and Security Support
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Environmental and Safety Compliance
- Engineering and Operational Support
- Project Management
- Facility Maintenance and Repairs
- Grounds and Custodial Services
- Supervise site operations and schedules, ensuring compliance with service quality and safety standards.
- Foster effective relationships with clients to support mutual business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review operations, performance metrics, and budget considerations.
- Implement corrective action plans as necessary to maintain service levels.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients and senior management.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism among staff, addressing any issues promptly.
- Oversee staffing and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team functionality.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information.
- Certification in Program or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CFM).
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in managing complex facility operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Proven skills in budgeting, planning, procurement, and project management.
- Familiarity with ARCHIBUS or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience managing diverse teams and working with labor unions is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of facility maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems, is highly desirable.
- Professional licensure relevant to the field is advantageous.
