Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team at CESNA. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a pivotal role in driving administrative efficiency and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in supervisory roles. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, overseeing daily operations, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of administrative staff
  • Oversee daily operations, including human resources, IT, and facilities management
  • Analyze and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of general office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in an administrative setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
