Job Title: Administrative Director for Dental Offices

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Director for Dental Offices to join our team at DENTAL ADMINISTRATORS INC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our dental offices and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain office procedures to promote a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise and direct front office team members' assignments and activities in accordance with office policies and applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with the Back Office Management Team and Clinical Team to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations in conjunction with the COO.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to upper management as required.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including the general office budget.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager in a dental practice is necessary.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, systems, and procedures is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are crucial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are vital.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
