Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Support the outside sales team in quoting industrial pump repairs and pump products

• Manage relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers, including hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis

• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to support sales

• Collaborate with the pump repair team to support quotations and ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of technical sales experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly

• High level of integrity when problem-solving

• Ability to organize and prioritize work

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
