Lead Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our First Volunteer team, the Lead CSR will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our valued customers. This dynamic individual will be the first point of contact for customers entering our Financial Centers, providing a warm and inviting welcome while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent First Volunteer with Integrity: Demonstrate a strong commitment to our values and policies, providing world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and Coach CSRs: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
- Run a Teller Window: Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency, providing a positive experience for customers.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, answering customer inquiries and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs.
- Balance Cash and Manage Branch Operations: Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain a secure and organized branch environment.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement for this role.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Stellar Customer Service Skills: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage cash and maintain accurate records.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
